By accessing and using Cambridge Veritas, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One account per person - creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior towards other users
- Sharing personal contact information during practice sessions
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Recording or sharing conversations without explicit consent
- Impersonating others or creating fake profiles
- Using offensive language or discriminatory content
- Subscription fees are ₹49/month for upgraded features
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused services
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
- Free trial users will be automatically charged unless cancelled before trial ends
All content on Cambridge Veritas, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Cambridge Veritas and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Class recordings and materials are for personal use only
- Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including but not limited to:
- Repeated reports of inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent payment or chargebacks
- Violation of community guidelines
- Misuse of platform features or resources
Any disputes arising from your use of Cambridge Veritas will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
